Letter to Minister Bishop from RMLA

On 28 March 2024, RMLA received a letter from Hon. Chris Bishop which sought our input into the second of two Bills, which would amend the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA), as part of “Phase Two” of the coalition government’s “reform” of the resource management system.
