RMLA regrets the loss of a well-regarded colleague, Tony Ray

The Queenstown/ Central Otago Branch is very sad to advise of the sudden death of Tony Ray. Tony died on 3 December while tramping the Routeburn Track with some friends.  Tony moved to Wanaka in 2008 to work for MacTodd and more recently transferred to that firm’s Queenstown office. Before moving south, Tony was a partner for many years at Law North in Kerikeri, acting for Far North District Council.

Tony was well known, liked and respected by our resource management community in the south, and we know he was also highly regarded in the north. We are devastated at his sudden loss. Our thoughts are with his wife Leanne and their two lovely daughters, Sophie and Olivia.
