Ceri Warnock on the Urgenda v Netherlands decision

RMLA AAG member and recipient of the New Zealand Law Foundation’s 2014 International Research Fellowship Ceri Warnock has published an analysis of the groundbreaking decision of a District Court in the Hague on the OUP Academic Insights for the Thinking World website.
