RMLA Notice of Proposed Amendments to the RMLA Rules

During the 2013-2014 year, the National Committee of the Resource Management Law Association (“RMLA”) considered changes to the rules of the Association (“RMLA Rules”), in order to improve the functioning of the National Committee and to formalise practices which have formerly been the subject only of convention.  On 5 February 2014, the National Committee formally resolved to propose a number of specific amendments to the RMLA Rules of the Association to be placed before the Annual General Meeting on 27 September 2014 and in accordance with rule 19 of the RMLA Rules.
