AGM, Agenda and Proxy Form

The Annual General Meeting of the RMLA is taking place on Friday 20 September at the rescheduled time of 12:35pm at TSB Showplace, New Plymouth.

The Agenda for the AGM and a Proxy Form are available below.  If you are unable to attend the AGM and if you wish to appoint a proxy, please complete and return the Proxy Form to the Executive Officer no less than 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the AGM.  Any apologies must be emailed to the same address.

Result of the call for nominations to the National Committee

Ten nominations were received for the election of members to the National Committee of the RMLA for the 2024/2025 term. In accordance with the Association’s Rule 9.2.2, all of those ten nominated are deemed elected to the National Committee without the need for an election. Announcement of the new Committee will be made at the AGM
