The Project award went to Te Tupu Ngātahi (Supporting Growth) Alliance (consisting of Auckland Transport, Waka Kotahi, AECOM, Beca, Bell Gully, Buddle Findlay) for the Te Tupu Ngātahi Programme of Work, for its strategic, long term and collaborative approach to protect the transport network needed to support Auckland’s future urban environment.
The Outstanding Person was awarded to Raewyn Peart for her outstanding research and publications on critical environmental law and policy issues in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The Publication award was awarded to Gavin Lister, Rachel de Lambert and Alan Titchener, co-authors of Te Tangi a te Manu for its significant contribution to the advancement of a methodology to improve landscape assessment in resource management processes in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The Technical Documentation award was awarded to Boffa Miskell and Waikato Regional Council for the Waikato Regional Seascape Study 2023 for its significant contribution through innovative techniques to enhance the quality and understanding of seascape values.
