Government Releases Cabinet Paper on Replacement of the RMA

After previous public announcements, the Government has now published a cabinet paper outlining the goals and principles for replacing the RMA and detailing the overall work plan.

Appendix 1 of the paper presents the proposed system architecture for testing and refinement.
