Environment Court greenlights regional fishing controls

Severe depletion of fish stocks following the removal of an exclusion zone on the Astrolabe reef earlier this year prompted the Motiti Rohe Moana Trust to apply for an application for a declaration on controls on fishing-related activities in regional plans.
