ICCC interim progress report

The Interim Climate Change Committee has delivered an interim progress report to the Minister for Climate Change.

The report details the Committee's work since 1 May 2019 on building analytical tools and gathering additional evidence to ensure the proposed Commission will have the evidence and tools it needs to propose economy-wide emissions budgets, once it is established.

The Committee will deliver a final handover progress report by 24 December 2019 to ensure a seamless transition to the proposed Commission.
