Consent applications for new South Hamilton subdivision

Hamilton City Council has received subdivision and land use consents for 862 houses within 105ha between Peacockes Rd and the Waikato River.Western Lea Limited has submitted the applications which include earthworks, new roads, cycleways, walkways, additional planning and retained esplanade, three waters infrastructure and open spaces (parks and gullies).Within the subdivision consent, two areas have been earmarked for future development as a commercial centre and some additional housing.Submissions are open until 4pm Friday 28 September 2018.Read the full application
