Council files charges over Bella Vista development

Tauranga City Council has filed charges in the District Court against parties involved in the Bella Vista development in the Lakes subdivision. The charges relate to non-compliance with the Building Act and were served on the parties on Thursday, 2 August 2018.

The council will not be commenting on the prosecution while it is before the Court.
