OMV’s application complete

OMV New Zealand Limited (OMV) lodged an application with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for marine discharge consent on 27 March 2018.The application asked for consent to discharge harmful substances from the deck drains of one or more Mobile Offshore Drilling Units.On 27 April 2018, it was determined that OMV’s application documents are complete.EPA now has until 25 May 2018 to publicly notify OMV’s application.
