Mandatory Emissions Return Due

The second Mandatory Emissions Return (MER) period for the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) ended on 31 December 2017.All participants that have registered post-1989 forest land in the ETS as at this date are required to submit a MER between 1 January and 30 June 2018.This return will reconcile all units to be claimed or surrendered in the period 01 January 2013 to 31 December 2017.Participants have until 30 June 2018 to complete their mandatory emissions returnsClick here for more information on the MER
