Parliament votes in Simon Upton as next Environment Commissioner

Simon Upton, New Zealand's former National Party environment minister and current head of the OECD's Environment Directorate, is set to return to New Zealand to replace Jan Wright as Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment when Ms Wright's five-year term ends in October.
