MfE issues advice on National Policy Statement - Urban Development Capacity

The Ministry for the Environment has issued a communique recommending standards of quality and processes for preparing evidence and undertaking monitoring to support planning decisions, under the National Policy Statement - Urban Development Capacity (NPS-UDC).

The communique sets out key dates and requirements for submitting urban development capacity assessments.
