RMJ AUGUST 2015 special themed issue MINING

The next edition of the Resource Management Journal will be themed 'Mining' to be published in August 2015.  We have received synopses for articles on the following topics for this special edition:

- the Trans-Tasman Resources Limited and Chatham Rock Phosphate decisions

- s 61 of the Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf (Environmental Effects) Act 2012

- New Zealand Steel Mining Ltd v Butcher [2014] NZHC 1552

- business, human and international rights and mining law

- comparative mining law

If you would like to submit an article on mining for this special August edition, please submit a short synopsis by the end of this week: Friday 26th June (this is an extended deadline).  Final articles are due 24th July 2015 (at the latest, earlier submissions welcomed).

Please note that the Resource Management Journal November 2015 edition will be a general issue and we welcome all resource management related articles, the deadlines being for this edition: 18th September for the synopsis and 16 October for the final article.
