NELA's new Australian Environmental Law Digest

The new Australian Environmental Law Digest is a free quarterly summary of articles providing analysis of the impacts of environment and climate change law by Australian environmental law firms, consultants and academics. It's linked to another NELA initiative - a free online Environmental and Climate Change Law Library which we hope will become a comprehensive, practical and accessible resource. The Library brings together articles prepared by Australian law firms and consultants for their clients, utilising an existing resource in a way that's useful to lawyers, business, planners, government and the public.
