Wynn Williams is presenting to RMLA_NZ Members a case law update on recent significant cases considering environmental and resource management matters.  Here they will discuss the two recent Supreme Court decisions (Port Otago Ltd v EDS Inc [2023] NZSC 112 and Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society of NZ Inc v NZTA [2024] NZSC 26) as well as several recent Court of Appeal and High Court decisions.

The case law update will be relevant for resource management practitioners of all levels, including lawyers, planners, and environmental consultants.
