RMLA Bay of Plenty Branch is presenting a case law update on recent and significant environmental and resource management cases.  Here they will discuss the two recent Supreme Court decisions (Port Otago Ltd v EDS Inc [2023] NZSC 112 and Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society of NZ Inc v NZTA [2024] NZSC 26) as well as several recent Court of Appeal, High Court and Environment Court decisions.

The case law update will be relevant for resource management practitioners of all levels, including lawyers, planners, and environmental consultants.
