RMLA Webinar : Te Tangi a te Manu: Aotearoa New Zealand Landscape Assessment Guidelines
Webinar: Thank you for viewing the RMLA webinar on Thursday 28 April.
In mid-2021 Tuia Pito Ora / The New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects unanimously adopted guidelines for landscape assessment in an Aotearoa / New Zealand statutory planning context. Te Tangi a te Manu (‘The Guidelines’) have been undergoing final editing and graphic design and will be published in book and on-line formats in April 2022.
‘Te Tangi a te Manu’ is a milestone in landscape assessment guidance, both in New Zealand and internationally. The Guidelines draw on the collective experience and knowledge of the profession, research of international guidelines, and a significant body of ‘case law’. They will be a key reference for those working in resource management.
The webinar was presented by the key authors of the Guidelines, Gavin Lister, Rachel de Lambert and Alan Titchener.
