RMLA Auckland : Nature in Court – Using litigation to shape legal protection of the environment

In recent years the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society of New Zealand (Forest and Bird) has been involved in a range of leading court cases that have had a significant  impact in shaping our resource management  and planning laws over that time.

Environmental lawyer for Forest and Bird, Sally Gepp, provided insight into key themes and outcomes of  the cases that Forest and Bird have taken on, and Martin Williams who has been involved in a number of the cases, provided an external commentary and perspective on what they mean for your practice.

Their presentation given at Buddle Findlay on 13 May 2019 can be downloaded here.
